I had to write this post today to share a brilliant Ted Talk with you on resilience.

Resilience – the capacity to recover from, or cope with, difficult life events – is vital for us to get the most out of the life we have.

Many of us our lucky. We have resilience modelled for us in our childhood by the ones who care for us. But if this has not happened to you, or you struggle to be resilient, remember, it is a learnt skill. You can learn to be more resilient.
